What is the refund policy?

MSM REFUND POLICY AS AGREED UPON DURING REGISTRATION FOR ALL EVENTS

*REFUND REQUEST BEFORE REGISTRATION CLOSES*
- If a refund is requested before we close registration for that event - 100% Refund

*REFUND AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES*
- If we can't find your player a team based on MSM team building guidelines - 100% Refund

Beyond the above, MSM does not offer refunds for any circumstances.

Bad Weather – Our tournament director is excellent and we will do our best to make games up during the week or find another weekend to play. With our unique format, we do things a bit differently than other normal tournaments. Other tournaments do not have to custom order gear, build teams, find coaches or mess with custom awards so early. Because of this, if by chance we can’t get this tournament to play there are no bad weather refunds. Again, we will do EVERYTHING we can to get this tournament completed. Our success rate is >98%

Player Dropping – Once reagistration is closed there will be no refunds, unless we can't find your player a team based on MSM team building guidelines. See above. We may work with you on a case-by-case basis to see if we can grab someone off a wait list etc, but our general policy is no refund.
